Her robust educational background includes ACCA certification and qualifications in Financial Markets and Banking and Finance, equipping her with deep insights into financial principles and market operations. Wilson Asani is a seasoned leader with senior management experience in Zimbabwe’s health insurance industry, driving growth and innovation for leading medical aid societies. A former board member of AHFOZ and ARDCZ, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the sector through strategic leadership and expertise. She has over 20 years of experience, gained locally and internationally, in insurance, business start-ups, and operational management, adeptly handling large portfolios and navigating complex situations in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Janet has practical experience collaborating with diverse clients, ranging from corporate policyholders to individual customers from various backgrounds. She excels at building meaningful and enduring relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery. Janet holds a Master's degree in Investment Finance, a Bachelor of Commerce degree, and is an Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute (UK), among other qualifications.
